When you click the rings, the bookmarks window opens, containing all your bookmarks.
You can browse the list or type a search word or click a label at the left to show only the bookmarks you are looking for.
Most web browsers organize their bookmarks in folders, so the the same bookmark can exist in many folders, leading to lots of duplicates. In RodoRings there are no folders, the bookmarks are stored in one simple list. 
Instead of folders, RodoRings uses tags. You can assign one or many tags to a bookmark to ease grouping and searching. This results in a simple clear list, which is easier to maintain and more flexible to work with. 
Click a bookmark title in the list and the website opens.

Right-click a shortcut in the list.
Here you can change every property of the shortcut.
Name, description, icon, page address.
But there are more options, not available in any web browser's shortcut editor.
- Search best icon: Many websites contain several icons for the page. You can explore the web page to extract 3 icons and select the best one.
- Click the tags you want to assign to the shortcut.
- If you use more than one webbrowser, you can selct the browser that displays or hndles the webpage best.
- If the edited shortcut is a link to your favorite search engine, you can tick the "search page" checkbox. 

Compared to the bookmarks facilities in web browsers, RodoRings offers a lot more advanced features.

For example, bookmarks are an appreciated victim of hackers. It is not difficult to tamper bookmark link addresses to send you to a malicious website.​

RodoRings detects changes of web page addresses and gives you the choice to accept or reject the address change.

Of course, many of those changes are useful and harmless, but when you have experienced malicious practice once, you will appreciate this protection.
